As an indoor disciple of lineage holder Master Chen Zhonghua I teach “Chen Style Taijiquan Practical Method”, a particular style of the Chinese Martial Art Taijquan (Tai Chi Chuan). But as addition I also utilize a bunch of methods and exercise out of the vast pool of exercises that are called “Qigong”. For the common practitioner, very often Qigong and Taijiquan got heavily mixed up. Though these are quite different things, there is a lot of common ground between these methods, and to utilize those in the sake of efficient and (w)holeistic bodywork it is quite beneficial to use it all.
Chen Style Taijiquan Practical Method
This is the specific school of Taijiquan that we are part of. It is the traditional transmission lineage of the recent Grandmasters Chen Fake and Hong Junsheng. Today’s standard bearer is Master Chen Zhonghua, whom we brought to Germany the first time in 2011.
If one wants to dig deeper into this style, we can provide the way. This particular style looks quite different from most other styles of Taijiquan out there. This is mainly because there is a clear focus on technical clarity to keep the martial art applicable, and we do not mix the form with contents that belong more to the field of Qigong.

Qigong
Under this label we do find a lot of different type of practices that originated in the old Daoist and also Buddhist practices. In one way or another they are all connected to complete spiritual schools, where the bodywork is just a part of things to do in order to heal but also develop physical, metal, emotional and spiritual to develop our full potential.
